Complaint against Mr. Firoz Nadiadwala for Unauthorized and Forceful Eviction of Saroj Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. on 18th July 2025 Need Police Protection old fir of march 2025.

Sunil Singh at Saroj Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., am submitting this complaint regarding an illegal and unauthorized eviction executed by Mr. Firoz Nadiadwala on 18th July 2025, from the premises lawfully occupied by our company, located at:
10, Shah Industrial Estate, Veera Desai Rd,
Industrial Area, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400058
Our company has been occupying the above premises under a valid rental arrangement with Empire Audio World Pvt. Ltd., the lawful owner of the property.
Please take note of the following facts:
– Mr. Firoz Nadiadwala holds no legal position in Empire Audio World Pvt. Ltd. — he is not a Director or authorized representative.
– On 18th July 2025, he and unidentified persons illegally entered the premises, evicted our staff, and forcibly locked the premises without any court order, eviction notice, or police involvement.
– The last rent payment was made on 16th July 2025, with all applicable taxes duly paid.
– A security deposit equivalent to more than three months’ rent is still held with the lessor.
– At present, the copy of the rental agreement is unavailable, but we are prepared to furnish rent receipts, utility bills, and staff witness statements as proof of tenancy.
This unlawful act by Mr. Nadiadwala constitutes violations under the following provisions of the Indian Penal Code:
– Section 448 – House trespass
– Section 427 – Mischief causing damage
– Sections 503 & 506 – Criminal intimidation
– Section 34 – Common intention
We humbly request:
1. Immediate registration of an FIR against Mr. Firoz Nadiadwala and others involved,
2. A thorough and urgent investigation,
3. Restoration of access or retrieval of company belongings locked within the premises,
4. Protection of our lawful tenancy and business operations.
