The surprise doesn’t end there, as Sneha not only listens to his heartfelt confession but also reciprocates his feelings, officially marking the beginning of the much-loved #SneDhu love story.
Sharing details about the beautifully shot proposal sequence, Amandeep reveals, “Siddhu proposes to Sneha on Maha Shivratri. It is believed that Lord Shiv and Parvati were married on this auspicious day, which makes it even more special as Sneha and Siddhu confess their feelings during such a divine occasion. When Siddhu expresses his love, Sneha is initially taken aback and says she has never seen him that way. But soon, she realizes that she loves him too. It’s a very beautiful sequence filmed at a breathtaking location. We took four days to complete it — shooting in Himachal Pradesh and later in Punjab. It was extremely cold, especially during the night shoots, but it turned out to be a truly memorable and enjoyable experience.”
Talking about whether she has ever experienced such a grand proposal in real life, Amandeep adds, “No, I was telling Sheizaan that I’ve never experienced anything like that. No one has ever proposed to me in such a grand or romantic way. I feel people don’t really do that anymore. But maybe if someone does someday, I might say yes — you never know.”
With Siddhu and Sneha’s love story finally taking shape, more drama awaits. Sneha is still unaware that Siddhu is actually Durgawati’s son, played by Indira Krishna.
