Actor Imran Hasnee, who worked with Irrfan Khan in Bollywood film ‘Paan Singh Tomar’ and Rishi Kapoor in D Day, has now become a director as well. The trailer of Imran Hasnee‘s upcoming film High Tide was unveiled today by AJ in Mumbai. The studio was launched where the film’s cast along with producer Prashant Singh were also present.
Imran Hasnee has also directed this film and also played the lead role. This suspense thriller film is the story of the struggle of a man who gets caught in a difficult situation where it is difficult to say anything about his life. With each passing moment the gap between life and death is getting smaller.
Apart from Imran Hasani, Dadhi R Pandey, Taruna Singh, Sudhakar Mani, Megha Joshi, Adnan Hasani, Amit Sinha and Navi Rautela have played important roles in the film.
Emraan Hasani, Producer Prashant Singh, Actress Megha Joshi and Costume Designer Zebina Hasani were present at the trailer launch.
The film’s producer Prashant Singh is also the composer of this suspense thriller cinema. He said that High Tide is a different cinema, a survival drama which has been well directed by Imran Hasnee. The film has a theme song “Ae Aasman Wale” written by Shakeel Azmi and sung by Krishna Beura. In this song a person is pleading with the above.
Actor-director Imran Hasnee said that the concept of this film is quite different. The story of the high tide in someone’s life is presented in this film. Since suspense is thriller cinema, I cannot reveal the story but it is an engaging film. It has been shot in Phulpur, Prayagraj, Pratappur and Mirzapur in Uttar Pradesh.
Costume designer Zebina Hasani told that designing the costume for this film was quite a challenge as its subject is dark. Imran Hasnee‘s character and his look are also quite different.
The film will be released in theaters at the end of this month.
