“Orphan Research and Development Academy Centre” by Tarpan Foundation inaugurated by Union Minister Smriti Irani

Tarpan Foundation organized the program of Pratibha Samman and inauguration of “Orphan Research and Development Academy Center” for orphan children at Yashwantrao Chavan Pratisthan Auditorium, Mumbai. It was inaugurated by Union Minister of Women and Child Welfare Smriti Irani. Maharashtra Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Dada Patil was also present in the program. In this unique program organized by Shrikant Bhartiya, founder of Tarpan Foundation, mobiles and tabs were distributed to orphan children.

Due to circumstances, if a person becomes orphan, then a patriotic organization like Tarpan Foundation is born. Union Child Development Minister Smriti Irani said after the inauguration here that Tarpan is a mirror of such social sentiments. Shreya and Srikanth Bhartiya dedicated their lives to establishing Tarpan’s work across Maharashtra. Now I would like to work as a member of Tarpan so that this work can start from the country’s capital Delhi. As a Minister of the Government of India, I will sign an MoU with the Union Ministry of Child Development.”

With the joint effort of Tarpan Foundation and Shreya and Shrikant Bharatiya, Smriti Irani will do research and development work on orphan children across the country.
Smriti Irani also said that orphan children should be recognized as the first citizens of the country.

Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Dada Patil said that this institution is working in a better way with higher thinking for the society.

Smriti Irani said that Shrikant Bharatiya gave me an opportunity to work as a Yuva Morcha official in Bharatiya Janata Party 20 years ago, at the same time I saw the social outlook in him. I especially praise Srikanth Bhartiya for giving an acting woman like me the opportunity to live in a big city and work for the betterment of the country.

He also said that since then, Shrikant Bharatiya has been recognized as a leader who has done excellent work in the organizational structure of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Shreya and Shrikant Bhartiya started this work 25 years ago by accepting social responsibility.

Smriti Irani said that the contribution of this person is behind where I stand today. It’s easier to help orphans one at a time. But it is difficult to understand the way they live life. Smriti Irani said that the work of Tarpan is done with this spirit.

On this occasion, Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Dada Patil said that it is easy to bring better ideas for good work. But Tarpan Sanstha has done the difficult task of establishing that idea in the society in a very short time.

Minister Chandrakant Patil expressed displeasure over the government’s indifference in this matter, but he said that because of Tarpan, thousands of boys and girls in the state have got a new way of life.
While starting the program, Shrikant Bharatiya said that he got the inspiration for Tarpan from Union Minister Smriti Irani and Chandrakant Dada Patil. I am very happy that Union Minister Smriti Irani became a part of this program.

The program was conducted by Ajit Chavan, Director of Tarpan. Let us tell you that Tarpan Foundation is an honest social initiative. India and Indians have a memorable legacy of thinking about others and contributing to social initiatives without any expectations. In this context we need to contribute to the well-being of orphans who are ready to move out of orphanages at the age of 18. The time has come to support this young generation and make their lives better. For this, NGO Tarpan Foundation has started an honest initiative to empower this young generation.

Shrikant Bhartiya, Founder and MD of Tarpan Foundation, says that our aim is to make the world of orphans self-reliant and empowered and under this, we are providing them education, food, shelter and an emotional support with our best efforts. Empower every orphan “new youth” in Maharashtra, India and the world and ensure that every orphan “new youth” released from the orphanage at the age of 18 becomes self-reliant. Tarpan is a visionary foundation for orphans and their well-being.

The program started with formal puja and lighting of lamp by the dignitaries. Here mobile phones and tabs were distributed to many orphan children. Shrikant Bhartiya honored all the guests.

Shrikant Bhartiya, founder of Tarpan Foundation, says that when the serious problem of rehabilitation of orphan boys and girls who had completed 18 years in children’s homes came to light, Tarpan Foundation was established to find a solution to this problem. In the last few years, hundreds of orphans have been adopted by Tarpan and they have been provided social, economic and educational assistance. Efforts are being made to make such children the support of many orphans in future.
